Anthony: I'm in the Asset Based Lending Group within the Commercial Bank and I'm an Associate Banker.
We provide loans to both middle market-type companies and then mid-corporate companies, so that kind of ranges anywhere from sales of 10 million to 2 billion. I love doin' what I'm doing, I meet with clients um, across a very diverse set of industries, whether it be in, you know, we have a big retail portfolio. Wine and spirits, large manufacturers, so I get to see a vast amount of companies from 10 million of sales to 50 million to 100 million. And it’s really interesting.

本集团主要于中国内地经营业务，大部分交易以人民币结算，除若干银行借贷，以及现金及现金等价物之外，本集团的资产及负债主要以人民币计值。本集团于年内持有以日圆及美元结算的借贷。人民币兑日圆及美元汇率的波动会增加本集团的汇兑风险，从而影响其财务状况和经营业绩。于二零二零年十二月三十一日，本集团的外币借贷折合为人民币3,038,381,000 元（二零一九年十二月三十一日：人民币3,371,773,000 元）。本集团将会继续关注汇率走势，并在需要时作出应对措施以避免外汇风险过高。
政策变化风险
二零二零年九月，中国国家主席在第75 届联合国大会上承诺，中国将透过采取更加有力的政策和措施，力争二氧化碳排放于二零三零年前达到峰值，二零六零年前实现碳中和。未来发展还需从能源结构转型、节能减排、能效提升、碳收集与储存（Carbon Capture and Storage）等综合措施实现能源领域「碳中和」目标。加快推进国家能源结构从以燃煤发电为主向以清洁低碳能源为主的跨越式发展。
