六﹕人走,帶錢走,是常識吧。不過,另一個更深嘅問題係,強迫金提唔提呢?我諗絕大多數人都等呢個機會好耐,係咪?我要提醒大家,香港人,一生就只有一次機會去宣誓提取迫金;即係話,你走過,提咗錢,假如日後返香港,你就同其他留港建港嘅手足一樣,點到要等到 65 歲。

九﹕其實,都係計一條簡單婆乸數。假如你香港層樓一早供完,咁我會覺得先收租,再諗放唔放,畢竟呢個係以不變應萬變嘅最好方法。外國其實好大,你真係唔知最終自己住落會唔會搬去其他城市;而且外國一般來講,買賣物業嘅成本都比較高,係咁買買賣賣等於益地產經紀。但係,假如你香港層樓仲供緊,租金扣除按揭還款同管理費之後所餘無幾,咁你就要諗下,係咪攞返一百幾十萬出來旁身。另一個做法就係加按套現,將錢暫時放入 mortgage link 戶口,有需要時先匯過去。但正如之前所講,又唔係個個國家對海外資產都咁包容,記得,報稅嘅時候要搵專業人士處理。
